Hubspot Forms

Forms are a crucial part of landing pages and marketing campaigns in HubSpot, as they allow you to capture information from potential leads. Here are the steps to create a new form:

  1. Log in to your HubSpot account
  2. Go to Marketing > Lead Capture > Forms
  3. Click “Create Form”
  4. Choose a form type (e.g. contact form, newsletter subscription, etc.)
  5. Customize the form fields as needed
  6. Configure style and design options
  7. Set submission properties and notifications
  8. Save and publish your form

Once you’ve created your form, you can easily embed it into your HubSpot landing pages or any external website:

  1. Open the landing page editor
  2. Drag the “Form” component onto the page
  3. Select the form you created from the list
  4. Customize the form’s appearance on the page if desired
  1. Go to Marketing > Lead Capture > Forms
  2. Select the form you want to embed
  3. Copy the provided embed code
  4. Paste the code into the HTML of your website where you want the form to appear

All form submissions are automatically collected in your HubSpot contacts database. You can view and manage these submissions as follows:

  1. Go to Contacts > Contacts
  2. Filter by the specific form source
  3. Review and manage the details of contacts who submitted the form

With HubSpot, creating attractive forms and integrating them into your marketing campaigns is straightforward. Be sure to customize your forms to collect the most relevant information from your potential leads.
